A unique property for 15 people with private jetty on Maderno’s lakefront.

The luxury of simplicity in an exclusive location where the bright colors of the flowers and plants during the day blend perfectly with the magical atmosphere overlooking the lake in the evening.

Park of over 3000 square meters with bbq area, wood-lined swimming pool (dim. 6,4 m x 4 m h 1,22 m), outdoor whirlpool for 4 people (mainly used in the mid-low season). From April 2024 the pool will be in-ground and will measure 8m x 4m x 1.35m.
Garden equipped with games for children and a large BBQ area surrounded by greenery.

The large house divided over two floors connected by an internal staircase.

The ground floor offers a large living area of about 70/80 square meters with a super-equipped kitchen and opening onto a covered balcony overlooking the lake/garden/swimming pool. The sleeping area on this floor includes 3 bedrooms (two doubles and one bedroom with a 2 single beds). Bathroom with shower.

The first floor, on the other hand, is made up as follows: kitchen and living area with TV, 5 bedrooms 4 double bedrooms and one with French bed) and 3 bathrooms (two with shower and one with bath tube)

Please note that the price refers to the entire villa considering the number of guests of the booking. If the number of guests increases, it is necessary to change the reservation because the price changes.

Important Information to Remember

In the months of June, July and August reservations will only be accepted with check-in on Saturday.

This property is privately owned.

Upon arrival, a photo ID and a credit/debit card or cash deposit may be required for incidental charges. The property allows for the organization of parties and events (such as weddings) with a maximum of 18 guests.
